Soeharto or Suharto

As most of you know, Soeharto had passed away on Jan. 27, 2008. It was interesting that the local News, like kompas.com, republika.co.id, liputan6.com and other Indonesian Media announced Soeharto's death with Former President Soeharto.

However, the international media recognized him as FORMER DICTATOR SUHARTO.
The world sees him as an ex-dictator, only Indonesia, maybe part of Indonesia, and Malaysia recogzined him as a former president.
